Acrylic and Gold Leaf
16” x 16”
Framed and ready to hang.
As an artist, I am captivated by the intricate beauty of coral reefs and the vital role they play in protecting our oceans. My work aims to showcase the incredible diversity of these underwater ecosystems, highlighting their vibrant colors, shapes, and textures through intricate, detailed pieces that capture their delicate complexity.
Through my art, I hope to raise awareness about the importance of coral reefs and the urgent need to protect them. Not only do these ecosystems provide a home for countless species of marine life, but they also act as a natural barrier against storm surges and erosion, helping to protect our coastlines and communities.
However, coral reefs are under threat from a variety of human activities, including pollution, overfishing, and climate disruption. By showcasing the beauty of these precious ecosystems through my art, I aim to inspire a deeper appreciation and understanding of their importance, and to encourage action to preserve them for future generations.
